This series of equipment consists of single screw extruder, extrusion die, vacuum calibrated cooling tank, belt type haul-off unit and servo cutter. Equipment and product contact surface can be made of stainless steel (SUS316) or custom designed to match customer's requirements

A precision medical tubing extrusion line primarily consists of core components such as an extrusion host, a precision forming die, a medical-grade 3D vacuum sizing tank, a belt haul-off unit, and an automatic fixed-length cutting machine. The extrusion host typically employs a single-screw design, equipped with a fully computerized controller and a 10.4-inch color touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). It integrates functions such as temperature control, motor speed regulation, and screw temperature protection, featuring a high-precision screw and barrel assembly that ensures excellent plasticization performance. The precision forming die is frequently crafted from imported mold steel; it features a rationally designed flow channel and can be integrated with a melt pressure sensor to achieve stable dimensional control.
The precision vacuum sizing tank utilizes a fully sealed stainless steel structure, complemented by a tempered glass cover. It incorporates a precision vacuum sizing system and a pre-lubrication cooling system to ensure product precision and stability, while also facilitating easy visual monitoring of the production process. The haul-off and cutting unit typically features a combined, integrated structure driven by a servo motor; it offers functions such as touchscreen operation, fixed-length setting, and automatic counting. The machine body is predominantly constructed from stainless steel or fitted with transparent protective shields to ensure product cleanliness. For the entire line's critical power and control systems, specific brands of motors and frequency converters are typically selected, while the electrical components utilize solid-state relays to enhance stability. Furthermore, some manufacturers adopt an all-aluminum frame design to meet the stringent hygiene requirements associated with medical-grade products. The production line can also be equipped with an in-line thickness measurement system to enable real-time monitoring and feedback regarding product dimensions during the manufacturing process.
